Job Summary:

Palmetto Moon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operation functions, and ensuring excellent customer service is being delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Assist Store Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives through effective leadership, perform Manager on Duty (MOD) shifts, and hold self and others to actively participate in sales driving activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with every customer, equipping yourself with appropriate product knowledge, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in holding team accountable for performance expectations, motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets, and drive company initiatives.
  • Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: Remain updated on key sales drives, know where to find resources regarding product knowledge, and train team members on merchandise features and selling techniques.
  • Departments of Responsibilities: Clear understanding and strong execution of Shared Responsibilities in conjunction with assigned department of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Required Skills/Abilities: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment, shown leadership and delegation skills, confident, proactive, and willingness to take on workplace challenges.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, twist, stoop, stand for extended periods of time, and lift/carry materials up to 50 lbs.
