  • Leverage reporting tools to track and maintain individual results
  • Deliver a joyful customer experience, building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships through Personal Trade principals
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Execute and maintain store standards, including visual standards, store merchandising practices, and inventory control activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one-year sales or customer service experience
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to be mobile and walk on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 25 lbs
