Key Responsibilities
  • Train to become Subject Matter Expert on Operations in assigned area
  • Oversee the audit process to ensure established quality standards are met
  • Develop and implement cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of facilities
  • Accountable for all materials and logistics problem resolutions to ensure availability of materials
  • Set operational strategies and plans for sequencing of work, such as build and delivery, to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources
  • Review issues with cell performance and productivity and oversee the development and implementation of action plans to maximize performance and productivity
  • Oversee all customer interface to ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and customers receive satisfactory standards of service
Requirements
  • Typically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee)
  • Leading a team of 8 or more people
