We are looking for a highly proficient and seasoned Lead Operations Executive to manage the effective implementation of all fibre construction and flexible projects across Wales and parts of the South West of England.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Uphold a positive and professional representation of the department by following company policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Direct and oversee the successful achievement of essential monthly performance metrics, ensuring that Poling operations are completed within a designated timeframe at a scalable volume.
3. Maintain the average delivery age below the required Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Supervise a desk PMO, all field engineering management, and manage both subcontractor and direct labor resources.
5. Take responsibility for the program's financials in accordance with a defined budget, in collaboration with the commercial team.
6. Foster, promote, and advocate for a safe working culture.
Relationships:
To excel in this position, the Lead Operations Executive will need to:
1. Cultivate and enhance strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.
2. Collaborate efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
3. Communicate clearly with all other departments.
4. Conduct weekly assessments with clients, providing supporting documentation to the PMO.
5. Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring that performance standards and contractual KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
6. Provide timely and precise periodic reports to Directors outlining project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Education, Qualifications, and Certification:
To be successful in this role, the Lead Operations Executive will have:
1. Knowledge of Openreach networks; familiarity with civil and underground backgrounds and/or poling and overhead backgrounds would be advantageous.
2. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
3. Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft BI.
4. A full UK Driving License that has been continuously held for 12 months or more, with no more than 6 points.
