Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately complete new and renewal business applications, prepare proposals, and submit them to carriers for processing.
  2. Perform rating and calculation tasks to ensure timely issuance of policies and binders.
  3. Prepare and deliver various policy documents, including certificates, account summaries, and endorsements.
  4. Initiate correspondence with clients and companies, and maintain follow-up and suspense files for outstanding orders and correspondence.
  5. Request renewals, endorsements, and other necessary data from clients and companies, and solicit producer assistance as needed.
  6. Check policies for accuracy, process cancellations, and ensure timely resolution with carriers.
  7. Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, or in-person, referring clients to relevant departments as needed.

Qualifications: 2-4 years of account management experience preferred. Client services and insurance experience are essential.
