- Accurately complete new and renewal business applications, prepare proposals, and submit them to carriers for processing.
- Perform rating and calculation tasks to ensure timely issuance of policies and binders.
- Prepare and deliver various policy documents, including certificates, account summaries, and endorsements.
- Initiate correspondence with clients and companies, and maintain follow-up and suspense files for outstanding orders and correspondence.
- Request renewals, endorsements, and other necessary data from clients and companies, and solicit producer assistance as needed.
- Check policies for accuracy, process cancellations, and ensure timely resolution with carriers.
- Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, or in-person, referring clients to relevant departments as needed.
Qualifications: 2-4 years of account management experience preferred. Client services and insurance experience are essential.
