Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Insurance Sales Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
