  • Safety and Quality: Enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Employee Management: Recruit, train, and develop team members, address employee concerns, and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Accurately report production data, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership position, preferably in manufacturing or production.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees, and knowledge of molding operations and company procedures.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College Education: Some college education preferred.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to deliver desired results in a leadership position.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of molding operations, company procedures, and software applications.
