A Day in the Life...
  • Deliver process engineering assistance to the Operations team across all shifts
  • Oversee modifications to current process systems and the development of new technologies
  • Implement enhancements to improve yield, throughput, and operational efficiencies
  • Evaluate and refine manufacturing systems, addressing equipment availability challenges
  • Compile reports, conduct feasibility analyses, and ensure compliance with engineering standards
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in food production
  • Proficiency in various processing technologies and lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • A mindset focused on process improvement
Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)
Work Experience: Minimum of 3 Years of Experience
