Position Overview for Machine Operator:
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Compensation: $16-17 per hour

Key Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
  • Assist in the initiation and termination of machinery operations
  • Prepare and organize pallets, set up packaging materials, and position them near machinery
  • Remove finished products from the conveyor system
  • Inspect product quality and report any discrepancies to the machine operator or setup technician
  • Accurately package products into boxes or other shipping materials
  • Transport pallets of products to the storage area and log them into the inventory system
  • Support colleagues with their tasks and during breaks as required

Qualifications for Machine Operator:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Preferred: One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
  • Capable of lifting over 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to bend and twist regularly
  • Willingness to climb stairs and ladders as necessary
