We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Chef/Server at Vaaler Creek Golf Club. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle cash and credit transactions
- Work effectively in a team environment to ensure seamless service to our guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
- Participate in pre-shift meetings to review menu items, specials, and service procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
