Facilities Sales Professional

CITY WIDE FACILITY SOLUTIONS is a leading provider of facility maintenance services in the Memphis area. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals. You will develop a base of clients for reoccurring sales, initiate the sales process, and close sales by building rapport with potential accounts. Other key responsibilities include conducting field prospecting, utilizing a customer relationship management system, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
You will be working closely with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations. Your goal will be to present proposals, achieve sales goals, and drive revenue growth for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.
Educational Background and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
