Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote support via phone, email, and chat for Windows OS network/systems
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, printers, and software
  • Administer Active Directory, LAN, email systems, and server administration
  • Utilize support ticketing systems and PowerShell scripting
  • Collaborate with network specialists, developers, and senior management to resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT operations disciplines, including desktop support and server administration
  • Established experience with Windows OS and VMWare Infrastructure
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting multiple IT systems and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and support ticketing systems
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes
