About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our Energies Recruitment team in Houston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our client base within the oil and gas and renewable energy sectors, focusing on contract recruitment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand our client base within the oil and gas and renewable energy sector, focusing on contract recruitment opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their contract staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Identify industry challenges and offer innovative recruitment solutions to address client requirements effectively.
  • Work closely with the Global BD Team to achieve company objectives, emphasizing rapid and profitable business growth.
  • Analyse market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for operational and strategic enhancements.
  • Lead the sales growth strategy for WRS's energies recruitment division in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in the energies sector, with a focus on oil and gas contract recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to analyze market dynamics and drive business performance.
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills are essential.
