Job Title: Field Account Manager

HD Supply is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Account Manager to join our team. As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) supplies and other products to an established portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies and improve results
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
