Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at the National Council of Jewish Women - St. Louis Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of our organization's administrative functions, including operations, finance, human resources, and technology.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Oversee all building operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services.
- Manage security and access control systems.
- Procure and maintain equipment and administrative supplies.
- Financial Management
- Assist in budget development, implementation, and reporting.
- Approve expenditures and manage financial resources.
- Work with the Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Human Resources Management
- Recruit, hire, and manage administrative staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and benefits administration.
- Technology Management
- Select, maintain, and implement technology systems.
- Manage hardware and software issues.
- Act as liaison for technology support.
- Administrative Management
- Supervise administrative staff.
- Manage filing systems and records.
- Monitor compliance and maintain insurance coverage.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Non-Profit Management, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Five or more years of operational and/or administrative management experience.
- Proven track record of managing people, including hiring, performance management, and coaching.
- Experience with donor management software, Office 365, SharePoint, or Google software suite.
- Solid understanding of HR and financial principles and practices.
- Ability to lift at least 25lbs and walk up and down stairs.
- Highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and familiar with multiple software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with volunteers.
- Ability to work collegially on a team.
- Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000.
- Full-time exempt position.
