Inizio Engage collaborates with a prominent Biotechnology firm, providing support across various sectors including Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs.

Role Responsibilities:

The Clinical Education Specialist will impart clinical knowledge and educational assistance to designated Healthcare Professionals (such as Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and Medical Assistants). The aim is to enhance their understanding of the disease state and the approved indications, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards set by the organization and Nurse Manager.

Key Duties:

- Provide educational support to enrolled patients regarding the injection techniques of approved Disease Modifying Therapies and client-offered support services.

- Deliver approved disease state and prescribed therapy support to enrolled patients as outlined by the client and Inizio Client Account Manager/Regional Manager.

- Utilize only Inizio/Client approved materials consistently; alterations or reproductions of materials are prohibited.

- Complete all necessary Inizio training courses and competency assessments within designated timeframes.

- Fulfill all administrative responsibilities promptly.

- Maintain professional registration and/or licensing as mandated by state laws.

- Attend relevant local and national meetings and conferences to stay updated on developments and share best practices.

- Ensure all company equipment and materials are maintained according to company guidelines.

- Adhere to all Inizio and client policies and procedures.

- Be available during working hours to address inquiries and perform assigned duties.

- Hold a valid United States driver's license and report any offenses or penalty points to Inizio immediately.

- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a current state license; proficiency in Russian is preferred.
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant disease state is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience as a clinical educator in the pharmaceutical sector is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to present information to diverse groups, including healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and prior territory management experience.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary within the designated territory and attend regional/national meetings.
