As a Clinical Nutrition Specialist at NutraCo, you will have the opportunity to enhance residents' lives through tailored nutritional care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering compassionate assistance to residents with a focus on their dietary needs.
- Working collaboratively with the clinical team to create individualized nutrition plans.
- Conducting necessary assessments, documentation, and participating in care discussions.
- Performing meal rounds, sanitation checks, and upholding quality standards.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or Registration Eligible with a Verification Statement.
- Compliance with state licensure requirements and facility vaccination protocols.
