Clerical Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Operations Assistant will provide support to our Payroll Supervisor and work from our San Francisco Office. Key responsibilities include auditing electronic timecards, assisting with employee compensation calculations, and resolving pay statement discrepancies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience using payroll systems and excel. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
Below are some key requirements for the role:
- Familiarity with ADP and Excel software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and other stakeholders.
This is a regular full-time position located in San Francisco, CA, with an estimated salary range of $47,618 - $57,141 per year.
