The Cyber Insurance Consultant/Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing our understanding of clients and the market landscape. By leading the investigation, assessment, and management of both current and historical loss incidents, along with ongoing client interactions, this position aims to pinpoint gaps, trends, and potential enhancements in client relations. Furthermore, the Cyber Insurance Consultant will be instrumental in spearheading new incoming PCS strategies and growth initiatives, particularly within our Specialty lines of business.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather PCS-related loss data and transform it into actionable insights for the PCS team.
  • Research industry sources, both public and private, to uncover relevant data and convert it into valuable information for PCS objectives.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at refining processes and improving our capacity to analyze and accurately interpret data.
  • Organize, initiate, and oversee PCS projects as assigned.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete special projects and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Must be capable of performing duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, though not mandatory. A degree or studies in a quantitative field with an emphasis on mathematics/statistics or data analytics is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance is beneficial.
  • Experience in specialty insurance lines such as cyber, marine, energy, aviation, and strike/riot/civil commotion is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours is necessary, including potential weekend, early morning, or late evening work, as our clients and team members operate globally across various time zones.
  • Strong aptitude for developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring alignment with group and client expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, German, or French, are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Travel may be necessary, as the client base is global, with periodic travel expected to various regions.
