The Cyber Insurance Consultant/Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our understanding of clients and the market landscape. By spearheading the investigation, evaluation, and management of both current and historical loss incidents, along with ongoing client interactions, the Cyber Insurance Consultant will pinpoint gaps, trends, and prospects for improving client relationships. Furthermore, this role will involve leading initiatives for new incoming PCS strategies and growth avenues, particularly within our Specialty lines of business.

  • Collaborate with both internal and external entities to gather PCS-related loss data and transform it into actionable insights for the PCS team.
  • Research industry sources, both public and private, to identify relevant data and convert it into useful information for PCS objectives.
  • Lead projects aimed at refining processes and enhancing our capacity to analyze and accurately interpret data.
  • Organize, initiate, and oversee PCS initiatives as assigned.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.
  • Must be capable of performing duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred, with a focus on quantitative fields such as mathematics/statistics or data analytics being advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance is a plus.
  • Experience in specialty insurance lines, including cyber, marine, energy, aviation, and strike/riot/civil commotion, is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours is necessary, including potential weekend, early morning, or late evening work to accommodate global clients and team members across various time zones.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing client relationships, addressing interests, needs, and concerns to ensure alignment with group and client expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, German, or French, are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced skills in Excel are required.
  • Travel may be necessary as the client base is global, with periodic travel to various regions.
