Position Summary:

****Essential Knowledge in Cyber (Re)insurance Lines Required****

The Cyber Insurance Consultant/Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our understanding of clients and the market landscape. By spearheading the investigation, assessment, and management of current and historical loss incidents, along with ongoing client interactions, the Cyber Insurance Consultant will pinpoint gaps, trends, and opportunities to improve client relationships. Furthermore, this role will involve contributing to the development of new strategies and growth initiatives within our Specialty lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather PCS-related loss data and transform it into actionable insights for the PCS team.
  • Research industry sources, both public and private, to acquire relevant data and convert it into usable information for PCS objectives.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at refining processes and enhancing our analytical capabilities.
  • Organize, initiate, and oversee assigned PCS projects.
  • Fulfill all responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
  • Complete special projects and additional tasks as required.
  • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred, though not mandatory.
    • A degree or coursework in a quantitative discipline, particularly in mathematics/statistics or data analytics, is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance is beneficial.
  • Experience in specialty insurance sectors such as cyber, marine, energy, aviation, or civil unrest is a plus.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential, including potential weekend, early morning, or late evening shifts to accommodate global clients and team members.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining client relationships, aligning their interests and needs with organizational objectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, German, or French, are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Willingness to travel as the client base is global, with periodic travel necessary.
