Job Title: Administrative Support Manager

The Administrative Support Manager will oversee the day-to-day business operations of the document processing team, ensuring seamless workflow coordination and special project management. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage team performance, ensuring employees meet performance standards and adhere to company policies
  • Maintain daily contact with customers to discuss needs, requirements, and deadlines
  • Implement and maintain quality control mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency
  • Develop and generate statistical reports to monitor team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve grievances and issues raised by lawyers, paralegals, and other job requestors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years' experience in a supervisor role or process management, preferably in a law firm environment
  • Advanced knowledge of legal policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

The Compensation range for this role is $84,000 to $126,000 USD per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. A relocation stipend may be available for candidates moving to a new location.
