Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service professional to join our team at EOTM - Partners Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with our sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

2. Maintain a customer service inbox and respond promptly to customer inquiries via Outlook.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with our customer base, providing support with sales-related activities.

4. File all order documents and ensure accurate record-keeping.

5. Interface with our sales team to ensure customer requirements are met and followed up appropriately.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in order entry or business-to-business environments.

2. Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Ability to think critically and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

4. Excellent organizational, time management, and mathematical skills.
