Job Description

At Edible Arrangements, LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Corporate Store in Buckhead. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the gifting or specialty food industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Valid State Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record.
