At Home Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail store associates to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Analyze sales and financial reporting to identify opportunities and implement effective game plans to improve sales and profitability.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess sales, service, and profitability opportunities and create effective game plans to accomplish necessary improvements.
- Facilitate weekly staff meetings to establish and implement store goals and objectives, monitor associate engagement levels, and drive employer of choice initiatives.
- Teach, coach, and train store management and associates on operational processes, merchandising standards, store appearance, and profitability.
- At least 3 years of prior merchandising and/or operational experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in big box retail.
- Ability to work a flexible, minimum 55 hour weekly schedule.
