Compensation and Benefits Overview:
Lululemon provides a competitive pay-for-performance salary framework, rewarding outstanding contributions. Base salary ranges from $132,200 to $173,500 annually. Additional perks include performance bonuses, comprehensive health and dental plans, paid time off, retirement savings matching, fitness classes, and more.
