Park City Communities Modernization Specialist

About the Opportunity: Park City Communities is seeking a seasoned construction expert to fill the role of Senior Project Coordinator - Construction. This position offers a unique chance to leverage your expertise in construction management to deliver outstanding results and contribute to the success of our organization.
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Project Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
- Contract Bid Analysis: Analyze bid proposals from contractors, evaluate their qualifications, and recommend the best option for the company.
- Site Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and inspection reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction management, including project scheduling, bid analysis, site monitoring, and documentation.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software, and knowledge of local, state, and federal construction regulations.
