We are looking for a skilled Certified Occupancy Specialist to join our team at Park City Communities.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site offices, including data entry, filing, and coordination of paperwork. You will also play a critical role in determining the eligibility of residents for affordable housing assistance and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform data entry and filing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  2. Coordinate paperwork and ensure timely processing of applications.
  3. Assist in determining resident eligibility and ensuring compliance with HUD regulations.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of clerical experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
