Key Responsibilities:- General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, and painting work.
- Equipment Service: Service and repair equipment such as heaters, furnaces, water heaters, gas and electric ranges.
- Carpentry and Masonry Work: Perform a variety of carpentry-related tasks such as repairing screen doors, windows, doors, locks, shades, floor tiles, and kitchen cabinet doors/drawers.
- Masonry Work: Lay cement/brick blocks, pour cement, plaster, and roll asphalt as needed.
- Painting and Welding: Paint, plaster, and perform welding work at all sites as required.
- Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training school graduate. Knowledge and proficiency in three building trades: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs., walk throughout the site, go up and down stairs, shovel snow, work in cold or hot weather conditions, answer incoming/outgoing calls, attend meetings/training, and be at PCC sites unaccompanied.
$62,500 - $72,500 per year, based on experience.
