About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates to deliver a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You will set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
  • Associate Leadership: You will help to lead a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about pets and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You will work closely with our store teams to ensure that our customers have an engaging, personalized shopping experience.
