About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive store environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
  • Associate Leadership: Lead a team of retail and pet care associates, providing guidance and support to ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, improve processes, and implement new initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
