Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager with the daily operations of our properties, including maintaining stable occupancy and meeting budgeted financial goals, building strong resident relations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous property management experience necessary
  • Section 42/Tax Credit experience strongly preferred
  • Yardi software experience a plus
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Dominium requires all front-line employees to either provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or undergo regular COVID-19 testing
