Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for assisting with regulatory and compliance matters within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation, organization, and communication relating to contracts, licensing/registration applications, and reports.
  • Provide support for other departments within KPH Healthcare Services for the status of contracts, licenses, or other items.
  • Support ProAct Pharmacy Services for regulatory and/or compliance matters, including licensing and/or registration.
  • Update tracking documents relating to expiration, renewal, or other dates relating to contracts, licenses, and/or reports.
  • Create agendas and gather information for meetings and presentations.
  • Assist with required application or report submissions, mailings, and payment requests.
  • Support preparation and review of regulatory filings.
  • Support HIPAA compliance efforts to ensure policies and procedures are appropriate to meet requirements.
  • Communicate with external agencies or partners as needed.
  • Prioritize workflow to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation relating to job duties.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate both on the phone and in group settings.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word along with Adobe.
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize multiple tasks along with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Understanding of PBM and/or TPA industry, preferred.
  • Education: Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled) or GED.
  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher.
  • Experience: Preferred: prior role in clerical position or similar.
  • Preferred: minimum of 1 year in a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) setting with working knowledge of operations.
