Role Overview:
As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn new systems, has experience managing content in SharePoint, and possesses a solid understanding of the Six Sigma methodology, process mapping, and project management.


Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Adapt to new systems and processes with ease.
  • Assist in the implementation of regulatory initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide expertise in regulatory processes and system configurations.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations for a global audience.
  • Review and approve regulatory documentation.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Support operational activities related to regulatory data management and submissions.
  • Lead and support team projects aimed at enhancing efficiency.
  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to optimize team processes.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 6 years of experience, or a High school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A resourceful and analytical mindset.
  • Experience in process mapping and a focus on data quality.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory affairs is highly preferred.
  • Any regulatory certifications (RAC) are a plus.
  • An interest in technical systems, such as SQL.

Work Environment:
This position is fully remote, and candidates should be available to work standard hours, preferably within the EST time zone. Flexibility to adjust hours for additional support in other time zones may be required.


Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $35 - $39/hr, with the final offer based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
