About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at DEKA Research & Development. Located in Manchester, NH, our company is renowned for its innovative medical device product development programs.

This senior-level role will be responsible for leading electrical circuit design activities within a multi-disciplinary project team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in a broad range of electrical engineering design concepts, from low-level analog to high-speed digital circuitry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing complex electro-mechanical devices, with experience in development of electrical circuit board schematics and PCB layouts using Altium. A solid grasp of signal integrity, signal timing, power consumption, and design for ESD and EMC compliance is essential.

In this challenging role, you will work closely with mechanical, controls, systems, software, and test engineers to facilitate rapid development cycles. You will also be responsible for managing external design partners and suppliers, as well as providing subject matter expertise and cross-functional contribution across the company.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered, along with benefits that include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate should have a BS in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of complex electro-mechanical devices. Proficiency in debugging circuitry through hands-on testing, analysis and analog/digital simulation, including the use of common electrical test equipment, is also required.
