Salary and Benefits
The compensation package for this position includes a competitive base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits. Based on experience, the estimated annual salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000.
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the development of complex electro-mechanical devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing circuit boards containing analog and digital circuitry, performing testing and debug, and creating clear documentation. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate rapid development cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of complex electro-mechanical devices
- Demonstrated experience in electrical design from concept through production
- Strong skills in writing specifications and detailed design documents
- Familiarity with analytical computing software (MATLAB, Python, Labview, etc.)
- Experience with embedded software development in C/C++ for common microcontroller platforms
- Knowledge of electrical safety and medical device product design standards
