About the Job

This Substation Project Manager role involves leading a team of engineers, designers, and support staff to deliver substation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
  • Provide technical mentorship and training to project team design staff
  • Oversee scoping, budgeting, scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting of substation projects and proposals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years' project engineering experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated project management and leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of power engineering principles, codes, standards, and design tools

Salary and Benefits

$140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
