The ideal candidate will be a critical team member of an ongoing consulting engagement at a Global Pharma Client. In this role, you will work closely with Clariem's current on-site team and the client's senior executives. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Delivery: Participate in client conversations to design and develop marketing capabilities, focusing on product launch planning and execution.
- Project Management: Manage the project plan in a hybrid team environment, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Stakeholder Management: Understand the complex organizational structure and support various stakeholders.
- Strategy Support: Conduct market research and synthesize information to enhance strategic elements of product launch and brand planning capabilities.
- Practice Building: Collaborate with Clariem's team to execute Pharma practice building activities, such as insights development and thought leadership materials creation.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum 5-7 years of marketing strategy experience, preferably in management consulting and the pharma industry.
- Experience in pharma commercial environments, including brand planning, promotion, and product launch.
- Proven client-facing experience in management consulting projects.
- Strong listening, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to understand strategic context and operate efficiently.
This is a contract position with potential transition to full-time employment after 90 days. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Greater Toronto or Metro New York Areas.
