Job Title: Electrical Administrator/Dispatcher

About Us:
Harwich Port Heating and Cooling is a leading provider of heating and cooling services in the area. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Administrator/Dispatcher to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Electrician Scheduler to manage our electrician's schedules, schedule service calls, and maintain customer databases. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintains the electrician's schedules and ensures maximum efficiency
* Schedules electricians for service calls and generates call debriefing with electricians daily
* Maintains on-call schedule for service technicians and after-hours service procedures
* Enters service calls, schedules calls, and generates call debriefing with electricians daily
* Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing

Requirements:
* Minimum two years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination
* Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
* Advanced communication and customer service skills
* Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Compensation:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
