Meat Department Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Meat Department Manager to join our team at King Soopers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of meat department associates, driving sales growth, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team of meat department associates, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profits, and customer loyalty within the meat department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing meat department, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching to associates to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and support store-wide initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience, with a focus on customer service, sales growth, and team development.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
