About the Role

Dominium is a leading affordable housing development and property management company, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Property Operations Specialist.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the affordable housing sector, working with a dedicated team to transform distressed properties and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the transformation of distressed properties, creating and implementing action plans to maximize occupancy, collections, and physical appearance while ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive action plans tailored to the unique needs of each distressed site
  • Identify and communicate any other opportunities for improvement beyond the scope of the project
  • Monitor and communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Delegate and manage the execution of project-related tasks
  • Lead and motivate on-site teams in the effort to improve distressed properties, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience
  • At Least five years of experience in on-site property management
  • At least 2 years of Dominium experience
  • Accounting and administrative background helpful
  • Strong knowledge in tax credit
  • Expert customer service and demonstrated people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to work and understand the problems and various needs of employees, prospects, vendors, and residents
  • Ability to troubleshoot quickly and produce performance-based results
