About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team at Aba Therapy Of St Lucie Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide individual speech and language therapy to children. The role requires pediatric experience and a Florida license, which we can assist with obtaining.

Responsibilities
  • Implement documented treatment plans or protocols developed by a supervising SLP.
  • Document patient progress toward meeting established objectives and report information back to SLP.
  • Assist the SLP during assessment, including formal documentation, preparing materials, and performing clerical duties.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training provided to increase professional knowledge, as applicable.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Pediatric experience required.
  • Florida license required; assistance available for licensure.
