We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapy Assistant to join our team at Aba Therapy Of St Lucie Inc. As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individual speech and language therapy to children under the guidance of a state-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Florida license or be willing to obtain one. Previous experience working with pediatric patients is essential for this position.

In this role, you will work closely with our SLPs to develop and implement treatment plans, conduct screenings and evaluations, and administer routine speech and language tests. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality care and support to our young clients, helping them achieve their full potential.

A successful Speech Therapy Assistant will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain accurate records of patient progress. You will also be required to attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
