Job Title: CNC Programmer, Machinist, Tool & Die Maker Positions at Rapid Composites

Rapid Composites, LLC is seeking experienced CNC Programmers, Tool & Die Makers, and Machinists to join our team in Sarasota, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate state-of-the-art CNC machining centers.
  • Set up and program CNC machines using MasterCAM.
  • Machine molds, jigs, and fixtures as required.
  • Assist in mold sampling and assembly.
  • Contribute to mold preparation and repairs.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve design/machining issues.
  • Support machine maintenance.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Flexible to work first or second shifts and extra hours when necessary.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HAAS and Mori Seiki/DMG machines.
  • Knowledge of cutting tools and materials.
  • Understanding of tool and part drawings.
  • Proficient in shop math and measurement instruments.
Working Conditions:

  • Strict adherence to cleanliness standards.
