Job Overview
  • Available roles include: CNC programmer, machinist, toolmaker, machinist assistants, and assembly line personnel.

The ideal candidate should have astrong proficiency in MasterCAM for CNC machining various materials with precision tolerances. Experience in managing precision and GD&T is advantageous.

  • 4-10 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work first or second shifts and additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate molds, jigs, and fixtures as necessary.
  • Set up and operate CNC machinery.
  • Program CNC machines using MasterCAM.
  • Assist in mold sampling and assembly processes.
  • Contribute to mold preparation and maintenance.
  • Work with team members to address design and machining challenges.
  • Support routine machine upkeep.
Essential Duties:
  • Integral member of a dynamic CNC Machine Shop.
  • Operate advanced CNC machining centers.
  • Experience with HAAS and Mori Seiki/DMG equipment.
  • Assemble and install tooling in hydraulic presses.
  • Ensure quality through thorough inspections.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.
  • Apply machining expertise and material knowledge.
  • Utilize MasterCAM for creating machining paths.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma, vocational training, or equivalent education required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CNC production environments.
  • Proficient in shop mathematics and measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with cutting tools and materials.
  • Understanding of tool and part schematics.
  • Experience in setting up and operating CNC machinery.
Physical Requirements:
  • Light to moderate physical demands.
  • Maintain concentration and attentiveness during operations.
Personal Skills:
  • Competence in desktop PC usage and email communication.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
