Job Overview

Arcfield, a leading provider of digital transformation and space mission engineering services, seeks an experienced Acquisition Program Manager to support our Sponsor organization in managing acquisition actions. Located in Chantilly, VA, with 16 global offices, Arcfield employs over 1,500 professionals with extensive experience in cyber and space defense, space exploration, and hypersonic and nuclear deterrence.

Responsibilities
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Mission Partners, Sponsor Leadership, and functional teams to ensure timely handling of acquisition actions and effective communication.
  • Requirement Identification and Documentation: Assist Sponsor in identifying, assessing, and articulating mission requirements and guiding requirements through various contract processes necessary for acquiring IT support.
  • Program Management and Execution: Prepare and/or perform administrative activities related to program management and execution, including compiling and archiving documentation, entering data in business systems, and monitoring actions associated with resource deployments.
  • Validation and Verification: Validate skill level and labor category references for onboarding IT resources, validate labor rates, and review requests for additional hours and/or cost.
Qualifications
  • Maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business and/or technical discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a minimum two-year degree from an accredited academic institution with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting acquisition-related activities for Government organizations.
  • Experience guiding individuals through Government acquisition processes and directly supporting IT-related projects.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
