Leidos is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Program Manager to lead multiple programs within the National Security Sector. As a key member of the program team, you will work closely with program managers to define financial goals and objectives, create and maintain budgets, analyze progress against baselines, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to ensure flawless program execution.

This hybrid role requires onsite work from Chantilly, VA at least 2 days per week. Candidates are expected to live within commuting distance to Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, experience with government contracting, and the ability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial forecasts, reports, and analysis. They will also prepare on-contract growth proposals for customers and work closely with other functional areas on financial related elements. Additionally, they will manage a program's general ledger, monitor cash flow, develop and drive financial forecasts, EACs, and manage subcontractors.

The selected candidate will help program managers identify programmatic risks and opportunities that impact program financials, recommend cost reductions, and mitigate risks. They will also be responsible for the financial performance of the program, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly/Quarterly forecast, and FP&A activities.
