The Executive Director of Operations is a seasoned executive who oversees the management of high-rise properties, ensuring they are operated in accordance with company standards and community objectives. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure the accounts are maintained and operated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and direct the management of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify and address any issues that may lead to client contract termination
  • Implement processes and systems to enhance productivity and revenue
  • Interact with the executive team and department heads to align operational priorities with company direction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 6-7 years of experience in operations management, including team and project management
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Strong managerial background, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jenark software application
Work Environment:

This is a full-time, exempt position that requires up to 60% travel. The role will visit high-rise buildings and homeowner associations, which may have food and beverage operations on-site. The work environment is professional, with moderate to loud noise and occasional construction.

This position requires the ability to react and address emergency situations in a timely manner. The employee is sometimes required to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.
