Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive research on market trends and distinctions to provide valuable insights for internal stakeholders, aiding in the development of data-driven business strategies.
2. Analyze critical business metrics and data points to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to internal teams.
3. Utilize data visualization and presentation tools to create executive summaries, dashboards, and infographics that help sales and marketing leaders grasp the current market landscape.
4. Manage the content and presentation of market distinction materials, providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
5. Collaborate effectively with global business partners to maintain accurate records and reports related to dealer locations and other essential data.
6. Stay abreast of industry developments and continuously seek innovative ways to enhance value as the subject matter expert for PACCAR Winch.
Project Management:
Lead and execute projects related to marketing intelligence and other special assignments, focusing on sustainability and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in aftermarket sales, marketing, or distribution are highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in preparing executive-level presentations is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-functional business environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing key drivers of the Aftermarket Parts business, with intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and Tableau.
- Familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business or marketing-related role.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
