Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nursing professional in New Holland, PA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a private duty setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients' conditions, and collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform nursing diagnoses and interventions.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and revise plans as needed based on evaluation and changes in medical plans of care.
  • Use clinical judgment to establish priorities and meet patient care needs, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, and current BLS certification.
  • One year of prior nursing experience preferred.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with enteral feeds, tracheostomy care, and ventilator management.
Work Schedule
  • Full-time and part-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts and hours.
